CREEKSIDE HOUSE
CONTEMPORARY CUSTOM RESIDENCE
THE DESIGN
Living in Harmony with the Landscape
Creekside House was designed as a forever home that embraces its remarkable natural setting. Situated on a wooded, sloping property overlooking the water in Georgia, the residence was carefully positioned to celebrate panoramic views while creating a seamless connection between the home and its surroundings. A dramatic glass façade opens the primary living spaces to the landscape, allowing the changing seasons to become an integral part of everyday life.
The home’s contemporary architecture balances bold forms with warm natural materials, creating a timeless aesthetic that feels both sophisticated and welcoming. Vaulted ceilings, expansive skylights, and a soaring central fireplace establish a bright, open interior filled with natural light. Outdoor living spaces, including expansive terraces and a rooftop deck, extend the living experience beyond the walls of the home, offering elevated views of the surrounding forest and water. Throughout the project, TKZ Architecture coordinated closely with the interior design, structural and civil engineering teams while assisting with builder selection, ensuring the design remained both beautiful and buildable.
