With a clear understanding of your vision, we begin developing preliminary concepts that explore layout, form, scale, and architectural character. This collaborative phase allows us to refine the overall direction until the design feels right.

Once the overall concept is established, we develop the design in greater detail. Floor plans, exterior elevations, materials, and building systems are coordinated to ensure the project is functional, buildable, and aligned with your vision.

We prepare a complete set of construction documents used for permitting, pricing, and construction. Every drawing is carefully coordinated to provide contractors with the information needed to build your project accurately and efficiently.

We coordinate the permitting process by submitting drawings to the appropriate authorities and responding to review comments as needed. Our goal is to make the approval process as smooth and efficient as possible while keeping your project moving forward.

If requested, we assist during contractor bidding by reviewing proposals, answering contractor questions, and helping you compare bids. We work with you to select the builder that best fits your project’s goals, budget, and expectations.

During construction, we remain involved to help ensure the project is built according to the design intent. Services may include site visits, reviewing shop drawings, responding to contractor questions, and assisting with design-related decisions throughout construction.

As construction concludes, we perform a final walkthrough to help identify any remaining items requiring attention. Once complete, you’ll be ready to enjoy a thoughtfully designed space created specifically for your needs.
